I’m Holly, the person behind Chasing Pines.

Most of my ideas start outside, usually somewhere halfway through a hike.

I’m drawn to the small, easy-to-miss things: tiny wildflowers, strange textures, weathered rocks, and all the little details that make the outdoors feel magical. I love painting, hiking, foraging trail treats (both edible and inspirational), and also, candy!

Chasing Pines is where I turn those moments into illustrated goods made to be used, gifted, and taken outside. Bandanas for the trail, cards for people you love, and small things that carry a bit of the outdoors with them.

Some designs are calm and nature-inspired.
Some are a little silly.

I believe getting outdoors matters for a lot of reasons, but mostly because it’s good for the soul. It’s where the best stories happen.

Everything here is shaped by those quiet, funny, memorable moments that stick with you long after the hike is over.

Chasing Pines is my way of sharing a little piece of that with you.

A cute cartoon raccoon wearing a pink dress and jewelry, standing on grass between two trees with green leaves. The raccoon is holding a striped bowl and is surrounded by colorful flowers, a blue bird, a bee, and a small owl perched on a tree branch. The scene is cheerful and whimsical.
Wildflowers in yellow, pink, and purple bloom along a lakeshore, with a dense forest of pine trees and rocky mountains in the background under a cloudy sky.
A smiling woman sitting on rocks in a field of tall green plants in front of mountain landscape, holding a floral-patterned paper.
A woman in outdoor hiking gear on a mountain trail holding a large cardboard sign with text, smiling at the camera, with a rocky landscape and a weather station or structure in the background.
